Hiring a Grower

We finally found the grower we wanted after scouring tons of resumes and conducting several interviews. When I first started blogging, I wrote a post about what qualities I was searching for in a grower. We feel comfortable that she has the education and the ambition to be successful, however she has little production/growing experience. I still feel that she will be successful though, because she has the aptitude and the attitude that we are looking for. Now only time will tell if she will succeed in her new position.
