Poinsettia Cuttings. Size difference.

I want to post about the size difference of the unrooted cuttings we have received from two different companies. The pictures below shows the difference very clearly. I prefer the smaller cuttings on the left and I would be willing to bet the they will throw roots first. In my experience, there are fewer problems with a smaller cutting because, in my opinion, they are easier to keep turgid and less leaf matter to create disease problems. I’ve heard the smaller cuttings referred to as “Euro” cuttings and not ironically the smaller cuttings in this picture are from the German breeder Dummen while the larger cuttings are from American breeder Ecke. Which one is better? I’ll take the “Euro” cutting.

I would like to know the Ecko & Fischer finshed Plant compare to Dummen.
