8 inch Garden Mums

We finished planting our 8 inch mums today and we put them straight outside. I laid them down pot to pot and will space them when they are ready. We are using drip-tape to irrigate them and they will be grown under natural season conditions. I hope that the 9 lb osmocote rate I incorporated into the mix will be sufficient but I can fertilize them if necessary. Next week I will plant the 10 inch hanging baskets and the 14 inch bushels.
